We had an appointment with Dr. Marcus today. Everything went well! We were able to hear the heartbeat which is always so exciting!! Baby D is the size of a PLUM this week... growing so much!! The heart rate was in the 140's. I'm trying NOT to analyze that number too much because there is a wives tale that a lower heart rate means a BOY and a higher rate means a GIRL. I don't believe it but its so hard not to speculate either way!!
Here is a picture from this week. I had dinner with my girlfriends to celebrate Alison's 30th birthday. It was a special dinner because Katie is 36 pregnant with her little girl Morgan and this MIGHT be our last time all together before she delivers!
